Before we selected ACH for our custom home build, we interviewed 6-7 other custom home builders and general contractors in the Austin area. Out of all of our interviews, Kyle Anderson ended up exceeding our requirements for design, quality, commitment to excellence, reference, reputation and above all – Kyle was interested in helping us build the home of our dreams.

Our custom build was a “unique” process – where Kyle helped on many areas of customization and input to insure the final home design included everything we were looking for in our build.

He's a guy who takes notes whenever you meet up with him, to ensure that he captures every detail that you want in your home. Meetings with Kyle were fun and always resulted in us learning more about the building process, and feeling like our concerns were heard and would be acted upon. 

His personal attention was amazing! Kyle even came by our prior home to see the style of furniture and design that we had, and was able to make accommodations in the new custom home that accommodated these tastes. His efforts to make the home energy efficient are another aspect that I really admire. He takes extra steps with interior insulation, attics, and roof design to conserve energy.

The service after the sale has been outstanding. Timely, efficient, and comprehensive. We have had only minor updates since closing on the home and in every case, Kyle met our requests without hesitation. He really stands by his work and puts you at ease. And he returns your phone calls, every time.
